The Process

Selling your land shouldn’t feel uncertain.

At Land Horizon, we make the process clear, respectful, and reliable. Most off-market land offers come from wholesalers sending random numbers with no real research behind them. That’s why so many contracts fall through — they were never backed by real funds to begin with.

Here's how we work:

1. Once you provide us with a few basic pieces of information, using our simple and easy to use Land Horizon form, we will automatically receive a copy of that information and begin our research.

2. Once we have verified that your property meets our buying criteria, we will determine an offer amount and contact you by either phone or email to discuss.

3. Once we have come to an agreement on the sale of your land property, we will prepare a basic purchase agreement. Our typical process uses a very simple vacant land sale agreement.

4. Once we’ve received your signed agreement, we will begin our title examination on the property. We have a large network of established title companies ( attorneys but for land ).

5. Once they have completed the title examination and have established that there is clear title for your land property, we will coordinate with you to set up closing.

6. We wire the money to the title company and then they wire the money to your preferred method. Only after your receive the money are the land rights transferred to us which is one of the main jobs of all title companies.
